MOUNTAIN BIKE DAILY EXCURSIONS TO DISCOVER MOUNT SAN BARTOLO NATURAL RESERVE Program 9:00 hours: meet in front of the Gabicce Mare Town Hall square 9:30 hours: start of excursion, which lasts 2/3 hours, with an MTB guide/instructor authorized by the I.C.F. (Italian Cycling Federation) Cost of the excursion: Euro 10.00 (15 bikers at the most) EXCURSION TO URBANIA Program 8:30 hours: departure by minibus from the Town Hall square to Urbania 10:00 hours: arrival in Urbania, bikes checked and departure by mountain bike with two guides 14:00 hours: return to Urbania, shower facilities provided by the town 14:30 hours: bountiful snack at the wine shop "Vin Italy" or at the "osteria del buongustaio" with "crostoli" (traditional local bread), charcuterie, local cheeses, vegetables of the season, grilled or in olive oil, and tasting of 4 vintage wines of the Marche region: Bianchello del Metauro, Verdicchio, Rosso Piceno, and Rosso Conero 17:00 hours: return to Gabicce Mare Services : MTB guide/instructor with I.C.F. rating, van available to pick up those who tire, mineral solutions to replace salt and food supplements, first aid, technical assistance from shop at the start and from each guide during the ride. Overall cost: Euro 40.00 per person (minimum groups of 5 bikers). Bikes for rental : - MTB with front suspension: Euro 13.00 - MTB with full suspension: Euro 18.00 Registration: on Friday 18 April 2003 at the "Palazzo del Turismo" from 14:00 to 19:00 hours and from 20:30 to 23:00 hours.
